BSI-9213 Suction Unit (60 Ltr/Min) is a super high vacuum suction apparatus specially designed for liposuction and advanced surgical procedures requiring powerful and continuous suction performance. Engineered for high-demand environments such as cosmetic surgery centers, operation theatres, and specialty hospitals, the BSI-9213 generates a strong vacuum capacity of up to -760 mmHg ±10 with a high flow rate of 60 liters per minute. The robust oil-immersed vacuum pump ensures smooth, low-noise, and continuous operation even during prolonged surgical procedures.
The unit is constructed from durable mild steel with epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance and long service life. A stainless steel tray is fitted on top for added convenience and hygiene. Mounted on four heavy-duty swivel castors and equipped with a push handle, the suction unit allows easy mobility across surgical rooms.
The control panel is fitted with a power switch with indicator, Bourdon-type vacuum gauge (0–760 mmHg & 0–30 in Hg), and vacuum control knob for precise suction regulation. An integrated overflow cut-off device prevents fluid entry into the pump, ensuring equipment protection and patient safety.
The system includes two 1.5-liter graduated glass jars with rubber lids for fluid collection. It is supplied with patient suction tubing, bacterial filter, and plastic suction cannula as standard accessories. The unit operates on 220–240V, 50Hz AC mains supply.
Optional accessories such as polycarbonate jars, full stainless steel body, foot pedal, and metal Yankauer suction cannula are available at extra cost upon request.
