This versatile trolley-mounted unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel sheet with an S.S. top, ensuring superior corrosion resistance, long service life, and easy sanitation. Mounted on four smooth swivel castors and equipped with a sturdy push handle, the unit provides effortless mobility within healthcare facilities.
The BSI-9211 is powered by a robust oil-immersed vacuum pump capable of generating up to -760 mmHg ±10 vacuum pressure with an approximate flow rate of 22–25 liters per minute. This strong suction capacity makes it ideal for general surgical suction procedures and bedside use.
It comes fitted with two 1.5-liter graduated glass jars with rubber lids for safe and hygienic fluid collection. An overflow cut-off device is integrated into one bottle to prevent fluid entry into the pump, ensuring operational safety and equipment longevity. The system also includes a Bourdon-type vacuum gauge (0–760 mmHg & 0–30 in Hg) for precise monitoring of suction levels.
Additional features include an ON/OFF switch with indicator, vacuum control knob for adjustable suction intensity, and a D.C. outlet socket for optional foot pedal connection (not included). The unit operates on 220–240V, 50Hz AC mains supply and is supplied with a patient suction tube with plastic tip and electric lead.
Optional upgrades such as bacterial filter, polycarbonate jars, foot pedal, Yankauer suction cannula (metal), and customized configurations are available upon request.
