BSI-9214 Suction Dual Unit is a powerful and reliable general-purpose suction apparatus designed for hospitals, operation theatres, and emergency medical environments. This suction unit is mounted on four smooth swivel castors and fitted with a sturdy push handle, allowing easy mobility within hospital premises. The body is constructed from durable M.S. sheet and finished with epoxy powder coating to ensure corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

The BSI-9214 features a double oil-immersed vacuum pump system that delivers consistent suction performance with a vacuum capacity of up to -760 mmHg ±10 and an approximate flow rate of 22–25 liters per minute. The presence of two Bourdon-type vacuum gauges (0–760 mmHg & 0–30 in Hg) enables precise monitoring of suction pressure for enhanced procedural control.

Equipped with two 1.5-liter graduated glass jars with rubber lids, the unit ensures safe and hygienic fluid collection. One bottle is fitted with an overflow cut-off device to prevent fluid entry into the pump, protecting internal components and extending equipment life. The control panel includes a bacterial filter, ON/OFF switch with indicator, and vacuum control knob for accurate suction adjustment.

A D.C. outlet socket is provided for optional foot pedal connection (foot pedal not included). The unit is supplied with suction tubing, plastic cannula, plastic tip, and electric lead for immediate use. It operates on 220–240V, 50Hz AC mains supply.

Optional accessories such as polycarbonate jars, foot pedal, and metal Yankauer suction cannula are available at extra cost.
