This model delivers a low vacuum pressure of up to -600 mmHg ±10 with a flow rate of approximately 18 liters per minute. Therefore, it is ideal for procedures that require gentle and controlled suction. The system includes two 2-liter graduated polycarbonate jars with rubber lids for safe fluid collection. In addition, an overflow cut-off device protects the pump from fluid entry.
The body is made from durable M.S. sheet and finished with epoxy powder coating. As a result, the unit resists corrosion and remains easy to clean. It is mounted on four smooth swivel castors and fitted with a push handle, which makes movement simple inside operation theatres.
The front panel includes a Bourdon-type vacuum gauge (50mm diameter), ON/OFF switch with indicator, and vacuum control knob. These controls allow doctors to adjust suction levels easily and monitor pressure accurately. A D.C. outlet socket is also provided for connecting a foot pedal (optional).
The unit comes with suction tubing, electric lead, and any three metal suction cups in 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, or 70mm sizes. Additionally, silicone suction cups in 50mm, 60mm, and 70mm diameters are available for safer application.
It operates on 220–240V, 50Hz AC mains power. An oil-immersed vacuum pump option is also available upon request.
